Please join our organization as a member by making a donation of $10 (or 10 BerkShares) or more. Individual contributions help further our land education program and our work toward land acquisitions.
Donations to Berkshire Community Land Trust are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Members of Community Land Trust in the Southern Berkshires are automatically members of Berkshire Community Land Trust. We invite all residents of the Berkshires to join us.
To ensure membership is accessible and representative, our annual dues are $10 or 10 BerkShares per household. All donors of $10 or more become members. Members are invited to our Annual Meeting and elect our Board of Trustees. Members may receive notification by postal mail when homes on our land become available for sale, and may have the opportunity to purchase the property before the sale is open to the general public.
Membership Policy (Effective July 1, 2018): Annual membership begins on July 1st of each year and ends on June 30th of the following year. Please renew your membership today or contact us at office@berkshirecommunitylandtrust.org or (413) 528-4472 to check if your membership is current.
Landholders are encouraged to consider a tax-exempt gift or bequest of land.
