Community Land Trust in the Southern Berkshires

The Community Land Trust in the Southern Berkshires (CLTSB) is a 501(c)(2) asset-holding company which serves as a subsidiary to Berkshire Community Land Trust. The Community Land Trust in the Southern Berkshire cannot receive tax-deductible donations.
